Working Capital Fund	A revolving fund that operates as an accounting entity. In these funds, the assets are capitalized and all income is in the form of offsetting collections derived from the funds' operations and available in their entirety to finance the funds' continuing cycle operations without fiscal limitation. A working capital fund is a type of intragovernmental revolving fund (source: GAO Glossary of Budget Terms) (USAID Automated Directives System - ADS - Chapters 629, 635).
