Safehaven |
An approved site where vital records are stored for safekeeping and retrieval in cases of emergency and - or disaster. A designated area within a building that serves as an emergency sanctuary and provides at least 60-minute force-entry and ballistic-resistant (FE - BR) protection, emergency power, ventilation, communications, and emergency egress (USAID Automated Directives System - ADS - Chapter 562). |
