USAID Automated Directives System (ADS) Booklet

USAID has published an informative, user-friendly guide to USAID’s Automated Directives System (ADS).

The booklet explains the ADS with graphics and easy-to-follow information, its structure and content, how to access it (web and CD), and how to find USAID's policies or required procedures within the ADS.

USAID Branding Guidelines

Each USAID project, whether it is implemented under a contract or cooperative agreement, is (under most circumstances) required to follow branding guidelines. USAID's framework legislation, the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, section 641, requires that all programs under the Foreign Assistance Act be identified appropriately overseas as "American Aid."
