Fiscal Year: 2012 Agency: USAID Audit Report Available: No Description: As of September 30, 2010, OIG had made 135 audit recommendations concerning programs in Afghanistan, and final action had been taken on 110 of them. The recommendations included $114 million in questioned costs. This audit will determine whether USAID/Afghanistan’s actions on selected OIG recommendations corrected the problems that led to the recommendations.
